Court update on Eastenders murder
Tony McCluskie remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey in the next 48 hours for his bail hearing. He's then due back at the Central Criminal Court on March 26th.
He confirmed his name, age and address this morning. Dressed in jeans and a jumper he flashed a smile and gave a brief thumbs up to friends in the public gallery as he was taken away.
