Second man detained in Dagenham assault inquiry
Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man suffered a serious assault in Dagenham last night.
The 22-year-old victim, who is from Dagenham, was found near the junction with Darcy Gardens, suffering serious head injuries.
One man was arrested at the scene - with a second man subsequently arrested at an address in Dagenham. Both are in custody at East London police stations
