Metal thieves target cemeteries
A haul of stolen metal discovered by police in Croydon includes dozens of memorial plaques stolen from cemeteries and crematoria. The police have traced 45 of the plaques to a cemetery in Beckenham, but think others may have been stolen from across South London.
