London Assembly Member Val Shawcross has called for a review of the signal failure that caused serious delays at London Bridge. She said: "Not only are commuters delayed in getting to work this morning, but London Bridge will be the busiest station during the Olympics which start a week tomorrow.
"The Mayor, TfL and Network Rail need to urgently review what went wrong this morning and put in measures to stop it happening again. Otherwise thousands of spectators and commuters are going to face unneccessary disruptuon during the games."
