Government backs university culinary course
While thousands of graduates in the capital struggle to find work, one university is promising that 90 per cent of its students will get a job after studying.
The School of Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London has such a high success rate of employment, even the Government is backing the department's latest course, as Rags Martel reports.
