Robbie Hughes' mother Maggie spoke to London Tonight after his attackers were found guilty of assault in Crete.
Robbie, the former Oxford United footballer, was left with brain damage after being attacked while on holiday.
Maggie said after the verdict: "There's no anger, there's no sadness. We're all celebrating. It's just a wonderful feeling."
