Paralympian David Weir has been granted the Freedom of the City of London.
The six-time gold medallist, who is from Wallington in Surrey, received the award at the Guildhall, where he also met some young disabled people and played a game of Boccia with them.
David is backing a new scheme to encourage more disabled people to take up sport.
