Queueing traffic and exit slip road partially blocked due to burst water main and emergency repairs on A40 Western Avenue Eastbound at A406 Hanger Lane (North Circular Road), congestion on A40 to A437 Western Avenue.
Traffic can still leave the A40, but the restrictions are adding to the usual morning queues.
