Two teenagers are facing life terms after being convicted of murdering an innocent schoolboy who was knifed to death.
An innocent teenage boy was stabbed to death when two youths involved in a "poisonous and senseless" gang war mistook him for one of their enemies, a jury heard today.
Kwame Ofosu-Asare, 17, became caught up in the poisonous and senseless gang war when he was mistaken for a rival.
He was killed in broad daylight while he was walking with a friend through the Moorlands Estate in Brixton, south London, in March.
Nelson Idiabeta, 18, of no fixed address, and Nathaniel Okusanya, 19, of Vibart Gardens, Lambeth, south London, were found guilty at the Old Bailey.
They were remanded in custody for sentencing tomorrow.
