Children's illustrator, Quentin Blake has been knighted in the New Year Honours list.
The artist from Sidcup in south east London recently turned 80.
He is best known for illustrating Roald Dahl’s books.
His own heavily illustrated and quirky books include Mister Magnolia, Zagazoo and Loveykins.
