Rail bosses have been forced to apologise after people living in a part of south London complained of a Christmas ruined by engineering work.
Residents in Deptford were told by Network Rail that work to replace a bridge would be finished by the new year, but that hasn't been the case, as Simon Harris reports.

The station, which saw 44m people commuters use it in 2016/2017, will be transformed into a dining room complete with Christmas decorations.
