Traffic remains slow moving N/B across Chelsea and Battersea Bridges. Vauxhall Bridge still slow S/B. Albert Bridge now flowing well.

'Running late' saved crane operator
The crane operator only survived the Vauxhall helicopter crash because he was running late and had not reached his cabin.
