Para-Equestrian Natasha Baker from Uxbridge in West London, will head to Buckingham Palace later today to receive an MBE.
She will be joined by Olympic gymnast Louis Smith, London-based rower and gold medallist Sophie Hosking and Deborah Hale, who masterminded the Olympic torch relay.
Natasha, who won two gold medals in dressage events in the Paralympic Games last summer, updated her website to say "excited is an understatement", ahead of her trip to the palace.
