The Mayor of London Boris Johnson and Metropolitan Police Service Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe is joining members of the Dalston Safer Neighbourhood Team on their local beat to launch the Mayors Police and Crime Plan.

The plan, drawn up by the Mayors Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC) following an extensive public consultation, sets out the future for neighbourhood policing in the capital and the Mayor's crime prevention strategies for the next four years.
