A murder investigation has begun after a 19-year-old was shot dead in Lower Edmonton. Local people describe hearing two loud shots just before 10pm, but no shouting or raised voices beforehand.
Our reporter Ronke Philliips, says one resident, whose flat looks directly over the scene, looked out of her window and saw the victims lying in a pool of blood.
The dead teenager has not yet been formally identified, but police say his family have been told.
