A teenager has been convicted of raping an 11-year-old girl in a North London park, as she made her way home from school. Opemipo Jaji subjected his victim to a three-hour ordeal, threatening to stab her -- and to film his assault and send it to her school.
Authorities have launched a review because at the time of the attack, Jaji was already on probation for assaulting a 12-year-old girl. Ronke Phillips reports.
