Schoolboy fighting for life after stabbing

A schoolboy has been left fighting for life after being stabbed on a bus.

Police were called just after 3pm to Highbury New Park, north London, after the teen, was knifed on board a route 393 bus.

The young victim was treated at the scene, near the junction of Holmcote Gardens, by paramedics and an air ambulance before being rushed to hospital.

He remains in a critical condition and the road was closed off this afternoon while police carried out investigations. There have been no arrests.
