A group of south Londoners are contacting the new King of Holland to ask for his help to save an historic Dutch-style South London pub from being turned into a burger bar.
Regulars, pub campaigners and historians hope that, in one of the first actions of his reign, King Willem-Alexander will be to intervene to save The Dutch House pub in Eltham in the Royal Borough of Greenwich by writing to the borough planning department in protest.
