Coroner Sir Robert Owen has upheld a request by Foreign Secretary William Hague to keep secret any evidence that Russian state agencies may have been involved in Alexander Litvinenko's death.


Litvinenko inquest to exclude evidence

A coroner has ruled that the UK inquest into the death of Russian former spy Alexander Litvinenko in London in 2006 will exclude claims of involvement by the Russian state.
