'Smartphone generation misusing' A&E departments

Hospitals have identified the Londoners who they say misuse A&E Departments. They are the so-called "Smartphone Generation" - 20 to 40-year-olds who do not want to wait to see a GP, so head to their nearest casualty unit instead.

Health bosses want to tackle the problem with a radical overhaul of care. But the head of the British Medical Association said the changes would create a "Tesco NHS".
