Police say they have now made 483 arrests in their crackdown on street crime.
There have been 483 arrests made so far today, 25 July as part of the Metropolitan Police Service's major crackdown on thieves.
The arrests include 64 for theft offences, 32 for robbery and 50 for handling stolen goods.
1,152 activities have so far taken place, including 204 warrants being executed.
Officers have so far seized or recovered 260 mobile phones.
