The Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger has questioned the effectiveness of UEFA's financial fair play rules if Gareth Bale joins Real Madrid for a world record transfer fee. The new rules are supposed to stop clubs getting into massive debt but Wenger says the transfer market seems to be getting worse.
He added that the Premier League would miss Bale if he does go to Spain.
