Charity welcomes new dangerous dogs proposal

James White, Campaigns Manager for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association has told ITV London that he welcome today's announcement in which owners of dangerous dogs could face between ten years and life in prison over attacks.


Attacks on guide dogs rising

A report published by Guide Dogs in June this year revealed attacks by other dogs on guide dogs are at an all-time high of 10 a month. It comes as owners of killer dogs could face in life in prison under new proposals.
