Artist depicts London in natural disaster

Are you one of the 21% of British adults who fear a natural disaster? If so, these images might fill you with dread.

Created by digital artist Steve McGhee for a documentary on disasters, they depict London frozen, flooded and in the midst of a meteor shower.

According to the TV channel, flooding, severe cold and earthquakes are the top three disasters we fear the most.

However, volcanic eruptions, extreme temperatures, flooding and space weather pose the biggest threats to the UK.
