TB is a preventable and treatable condition, but, if left untreated, can be life threatening.
Public Health England says treatment in London is successful, with over 85% of people completing treatment at 12 months - but that controlling the spread of the infection must remai9n a public health priority. Dr Yvonne Doyle went on to say vulnerable people are most at risk.
