The first new jobs to come out of the Northumberland Development Project have been announced today at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

The project is a partnership between the Club, its Foundation, Job Centre Plus, the DWP and Sainsbury's.

200 jobs have been created at the Sainsbury's superstore for people who live within a 3 mile radius. The partnership say it's the start of a bigger employment drive, with 65 apprenticeships already in place or due to be filled in the next 12 months.
