Duggan death 'flawed planning'

The Met officer in charge of the operation which targeted Mark Duggan is being cross examined by family barrister at the inquest. The Duggan family barrister Mike Mansfield says he died because of "flawed planning".

Duggan inquest discusses handover of gun

DCI Foote is still being questioned by the Duggan family barrister Michael Mansfield, discussing intelligence around handover of gun. The inquest hears the weapon was used by Kevin Hutchinson Foster in "pistol-whipping" incident a week before Duggan was killed.
