Jurors at the inquest into the shooting of Mark Duggan will hear more today from Det. Superintendent Fiona Mallon - who was the senior firearms commander for the operation. 29-year-old Duggan was shot dead by a police marksman in Tottenham in 2011, his death sparking riots across the country.

The 52-year-old had previous convictions for violence but was not on the anti-terror watchlist.
