Mark Duggan's brother, who was the last person to speak to him before he was shot by police, today told a court about their final conversation.
At the inquest into the 29-year-old's death, Marlon Duggan said he couldn't hear any sirens when he spoke to his brother on the phone. Seconds after they hung up, Mark was dead. Luke Hanrahan was in court.
