Police were called yesterday afternoon to reports of a female pedestrian in collision with a Honda Civic in Lordship Road, Tottenham.
Police and London Ambulance Service attended and the 30 year old female pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin have yet to be informed.
The victim had just exited a minicab when she was incollision with the Honda Civic.
The male driver stopped at the scene and has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Officers from the Road Death Investigation Unit are investigating.
