Despite being voted the world's favourite taxis, passengers in London said their biggest frustration with taking a cab in the city is drivers taking a longer route to get a higher fare.
Value for money was one of only two categories London didn't come top in, the other being availability. Bangkok's famous tuk-tuks won out on cheapness - though their drivers were voted the worst overall.
