A man suspected of stealing jewellery during a cash-in-transit robbery in Hillingdon was "unaware" that he had stolen a necklace belonging to a 11-year-old boy, tragically killed in March 2008, said Detective Sergeant Hywel Davies from the Flying Squad.
The Arunthavalingam family are clearly very upset over the loss of the items which have a significant sentimental value to them. Mrs. Arunthavalingam has not only loss her son but she has now loss the few remaining items she dearly treasured which belonged to Nivakar.
This robbery has left the family completely devastated and I would urge the person who stole the items to hand themselves in now before we find them.
