'Shocking' accounts of sexual violence in children

Gang culture has been blamed for shocking accounts of sexual violence committed by children against other children - some as young as 11.

The Children's Commissioner for England has found that for some youngs girls, rape is seen as normal and inevitable. Our Senior Correspondent Ronke Phillips has met one London victim, and a youth worker trying to help those in need. To protect their identity, both have asked to remain anonymous.
