The 11-year-old girl who died in a collision in Stanmore after a pensioner veered off the road has been named as Lily-Rose Murphy. Her 46-year-old mother remains in a critical condition.
A post-mortem examination took place today, Thursday 19 December, at Northwick Park Hospital and gave the cause of death as a broken neck.
