Police investigating the death of an 11-year-old girl, after she was killed while waiting with her mother at a bus stop when a pensioner's car veered on to the pavement, has said they are seeking bus passengers in the vicinity at the time. Detective Sergeant Chris Osborne said:
We are aware that there were a number of passengers on the bus involved, and a number of other vehicles in the vicinity.
If you have any information we would like to hear from you so we can work out exactly what happened.
