Police are trying to track down a driver seen on CCTV after a cyclist had both his legs broken in a hit-and-run in south London. The 44-year-old victim was left lying on Brixton Road on Saturday.

Police are trying to track down a motorist seen on CCTV after a cyclist had both his legs broken in a hit-and-run in south London. The 44-year-old victim was left lying on Brixton Road on Saturday. He was also left with a fractured neck, and taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
