The mother of murdered teenager Rio McFarlane has spoken of her "pain and hurt" at the loss of her son to ITV London.
Leon Pacquette was sentenced to 35 years in prison after shooting the 18-year-old in the chest in Peckham in 2010.
"I can't begin to explain the pain and the hurt that I feel since Rio has passed," Maureen McFarlane told ITV London News' Ronke Phillips.
"But I know that he would want us to carry on living to the fullest, to enjoy life and to remember him for the person that he was - fun, loving, giving and honest."
