Post-mortem examinations will take place today for the three children who were found dead at a property in New Malden.
The bodies of the children - twin boys aged three and a four-year-old girl - were discovered by officers at around 9.30pm on Tuesday night in Thetford Road, New Malden.
The examinations will take place at Great Ormond Street hospital this afternoon, Scotland Yard said.
A 42-year-old woman, believed to be the children's mother, was arrested on suspicion of murder and she remains in police custody.
