Three children found dead at house in New Malden have been named as four-year-old Olivia Clarence and three-year-olds Ben and Max Clarence.
Tania Clarence, 42, has been charged with three counts of murder.
Post-mortem examinations of the three children are ongoing, Scotland Yard said.
