Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been fined £10,000 for his comments following his side's defeat to Sunderland.
Mourinho appeared to sarcastically praise the officials after Sunderland won 2-1 at Stamford Bridge to end his 77-match unbeaten home league record.
He described referee Mike Dean's performance as "unbelievable", before moving on to referees' chief Mike Riley, saying "what they are doing during the whole season is fantastic, especially in matches involving the teams that were in the title race, it's absolutely fantastic".
The Football Association said Mourinho's comments amounted to disrepute and improper conduct.
It is the third time the Portuguese manager has been fined this season after incidents against Cardiff City and Aston Villa - which left him with a £8,000 fine.
