Gary Lineker appeared to criticise Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy today for sacking manager Tim Sherwood after just six months in charge.
The Match of the Day host and former Spurs striker said "those that run the club" never get blamed for a team's troubles, as he praised Sherwood's "refreshingly different" approach.

It's always those that run the team, never those that run the club that are to blame!
