A baby has died from blood poisoning at a hospital in London from what's believed to be a contaminated drip. 14 other babies have also developed septicaemia.

The father of a baby who died after getting an infection from a contaminated drip says he hopes his son's death will save other children.
Questions have been raised over how a batch of intravenous fluid could potentially have become contaminated, after the death of one baby.
The babies were being given an intravenous fluid made by ITH Pharma at Park Royal in north west London.
