A teenage gang hurled a barrage of abuse at a gay couple as they walked around east London before assaulting them. 23-year-old Walter Adrian and his boyfriend were attacked by a gang of Bangladeshi teenagers on Whitechapel Road after leaving a party earlier this month.
Speaking to the Evening Standard, Walter Adrian said "We weren't even holding hands or kissing or anything, but all the comments were based on us being gay. One of them said 'f****** f******' so we wanted to try and leave and my partner pushed one of them but then they got physical.
