TfL will save £24 million a year by buses going cash free

Transport for London will save £24m a year by stopping taking cash on buses. They have said the money will be re-invested to further improve London's transport network

London buses go cash free

Buses in London no longer accept cash. Passengers will need an Oyster Card, travel card or a contactless bank card to pay their fares.
