82-year-old pensioner pinned down and robbed on his own doorstep in Friday the 13th attack

An 82-year-old pensioner was pinned down and robbed on his own doorstep after walking back from the supermarket in north London. The attack happened on Friday, 13 February at a block of flats on Kilburn High Road.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace.

The victim was followed back from the supermarket and pushed to the floor as he reached his front door. He was robbed of £100 cash and his bank cards.

The elderly victim was left on the floor for several minutes, unable to get to his feet until neighbours found him.

This was a pernicious and sickening attack on a vulnerable member of the community. The callous attack has had a devastating impact on the victim. We need the public’s help to apprehend this suspect before further crimes are committed on elderly members of the community.
