A number of developments to regenerate and refresh old, rundown town centres in need of investment are now going ahead, the latest one in Aldershot.

The Westgate will be home to a new cinema, supermarket, hotel and restaurants. Other major projects in the south include Whiteley in Hampshire and the 330 million pound re-developed Westgate centre in Oxford.
