A hosepipe ban has been introduced for the first time in six years across Kent and Sussex. Twenty million people are affected and water companies are warning people they'll be fined if they flout the restrictions. Water companies say they will monitor water metres and are urging people to report neighbours as a way of policing the ban.
Depending on where you live, depends on whether you have hosepipe restrictions. It's all down to the individual water companies.
The hosepipe ban starts on April 5th. Watch this video taken deep inside an aquifer & see just how low water levels have become.
