An award-winning winery in Kent has been banned from calling one of its products "wine" because of EU rules.

Chapel Down in Tenterden imported Argentinan grapes to produce a red wine - but they're not allowed to sell it.

MEP Nigel Farage has raised the question in Brussels as to why the company should be forced to call bottles of their Malbec 'An alcoholic fruit based drink' instead. We sent Charlotte Wilkins along for a taste test and a meeting with chief executive, Frazer Thompson.
