Cannabis farms are getting smaller, but police chiefs say there are more of them as criminals spread the risk by employing so-called gardeners to manage small sites across multiple residential areas.
There's been a dramatic rise in the South East - they've doubled in the past 4 years - and increasingly domestic houses are being used to grow the drug.
