Water shortage continues
Across the Thames Valley there is deficit of 417 millimeters of rain. Heavy rain in April has only made up for 16% of that deficit.
Thames Water say many bore holes in the Thames Valley are low and some, like Stoney Manor bore hole, are so low that it is impossible for them to get a reading.
Despite this, 30 flood alerts remain in place in the South and South East.
